Is the government really working in efforts to fix the economy and help create
a better America for the people?
Many people believe that the bank bail out is the answer to the “big question”.At least, that’s what they want us to believe. We ask ourselves a series of questions. Are we the people actually being bailed out? How does the bail out help to guarantee a successful America with new improved better paying jobs?
Wake up American people! Open your eyes, most important open your minds. Do we
actually believe that with economy being in a recession, giving money to the banks to
make loans will help people get jobs and gain economic stability? This is non-sense and
we should be outraged about the “bail out”. Yes, the banks will loan money, but who in there right mind will borrow money, if they know they will have to pay it back. If you
really think about it they are not bailing us out, they are putting us further in debt. Just
because we know the money is available for business and personal loans doesn’t mean
we should jump for joy and take the offer. All money isn’t good money, especially when
you have no money to start, no job or a job with just enough pay to survive and you take out a huge loan and have to pay it back!
It is very unfortunate that we have to rely on politicians and our government. The "Great Depression” of 1929 during Hoover’s presidency was enough America! Do we really want to experience this again? Let’s not put ourselves in debt with these loans. Politicians are so angry with AIG allocating 165 million dollar as bonuses to its executives. But, what about when the U.S government took matters into their own hands
taking on ten plus trillion dollars in debt, without an authorization to raise the national debt limit?
The U.S debt has increased an average of $2.27 billion per day since 2005. Now, due to
the bailout of the rich bankers, the US National Debt is increasing substantially faster. NOW we can clearly see the US is BANKRUPT!
The bailout should be out of the question. They speak about recovery, creating new jobs
and promoting general welfare for the people but first solve the problems that took
effect long before the economic recession of 2008, like helping the poor people whom are
homeless, better educating our youth and building more education facilities.
It’s sad how we can propose a plan to help the rich stay rich and do nothing about helping the poor. As an American citizen this is not what we signed up for, so let’s not believe these lies any longer!
